What is Basque Burnt Cheesecake?
It is a crustless cheesecake that is baked at a very high heat, which results in its rustic appearance with cracked edges and an burnt surface. The cake is more like a set custard - jiggly and wobbly when baked then it firms up a little.
Definitely recommened if you're a cheesecake fan!
Basque Burnt Cheesecake
Cheesecakes will be baked on the day of delivery/collection.
Consume at room temperature for a softer middle or leave it in the fridge overnight (in airtight container) and serve it cold for a more stable middle.
Best to consume within 3 days.
